The BSO is committed to being open and transparent in its daily business by publishing our information in accordance with our publication scheme but also taking all reasonable steps to make it as accessible as possible.  In order to achieve this we can and will make any of our publically available information available in a number of languages upon request through our translation and interpreting service. This information can also be made available in large print, braille or audio format upon request.

Publication Scheme

In order to comply with the Freedom of Information Act public sector organisations such as ours routinely publish information whenever possible.

We have adopted the Model Publication Scheme for all HSCNI organisations which was drawn up by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).  The ICO is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Data Protection Act 1998
