Annual BSO Quality Report 2015-16
World Quality Day was introduced by the UN in 1990 and is celebrated annually on the second Thursday in November. This year, World Quality Day falls on Thursday, 10 November 2016 and its purpose is to promote awareness of quality around the world and o encourage the growth and development of individuals and organisations.
As part of HSCNI's involvement in World Quality Day, the BSO has produced its Annual Quality Report for 2015-16 under the auspices of the wider Quality 2020 initiative. The BSO Annual Quality Report is also available on the BSO Website and sets out the organisational approach to quality excellence and continuous improvement during 2015-16 and plans for future improvement.
