Regional Recruitment & Selection Framework 2018
The Framework has been developed through the collective efforts of key stakeholders from across the region and its usage will support the provision of clear, consistent and transparent recruitment within HSC.
The Framework is live as of 29th October 2018
In conjunction with the Framework, a newly designed online recruitment and selection e-learning package has been developed.
The new recruitment and selection e-learning should be completed as an initial step for all staff taking part in a recruitment exercise for the first time. Upon completion of the e-learning, staff should then undertake face to face recruitment and selection skills training.
For staff who have already undertaken face to face recruitment and selection training, the e-learning package should be completed at least once every three years as a means to refresh your learning.
The updated recruitment and selection e-learning package is accessible via the following link http://www.hsclearning.com with self-registration in place. The site is facilitated by the HSC Leadership Centre. Click here for the list of Organisation Administrators and click here for the eLearning site user guide.
