• Press 2 for enrolling for GOS registration, opening or closing of practices and new or change of bank details [direct to FPS Professional Support]. *
• Press 3 if your call relates to a user account or password for CCG eReferral or HSCNI email services [direct to ITS Support on 028 9536 2400]. or email : Supportteam@hscni.net  
• Press 4 if your call relates to a Cryptotoken, technical issues connecting to the BSO Optometry Portal or installation of CCG eReferral software [direct to eBusiness].
• Or press 5 for any other queries [direct to Ophthalmic Payments].
