Health Service Complaints
If you have a complaint about Health Service dental treatment, it should (when possible) be raised directly as soon as possible with the dentist who provided the treatment to facilitate a rapid resolution. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, or would prefer to report it directly to someone not inolved with the dentist concerned, you can report it to the Health and Social Care Board.
