Customers can access the food data sheets submitted by HSC food contractors via the following link:

EMM

Should an item need to be added, deleted or the re-order quantity level amended, our customers can complete the EMM product amendment pro-forma which can be faxed or emailed to PaLS EMM department

E-Procurement (EProc)

Our customers should place orders for stock items from PaLS in line with their delivery day and corresponding deadline time for submission.  

Customer Care

 Customer Helpline department is based in Boucher Crescent and deals with

      general queries concerning stock items

      provide an after sales service.

PaLS Catalogue 

PaLS catalogue is made up of approximately 250,000 products which our customers use across Northern Ireland – these products are frequently requested and have been sourced by PaLS  and are on current contracts, awarded following open competition.

What we buy 

Not all products on contract are held in stock – these products are ordered directly from the contracted suppliers as required by our customers, where the item is on contract, our new systems will place the order directly with the supplier once it hasbeen authorised by your line manager
